4-5 times a year we host workshops and events that will uplift and redefine our wellbeing walk. We explore a variety of issues that affect women daily from physical health to finances. We open up these conversations to experts in various fields and the everyday woman to debunk myths and build up viable knowledge that can improve our quality of life. But we don't stop there! Every event we incorproate fun games and challenges, prizes, live music and so much more because who said learning can't be fun!?
